Whole side of a body anxiety

Hi everybody.
I wrote a month ago about neurological symptoms including weakness in right hand, twitching all over, occasional swallowing problem, muscles tiredness, positional tingling and so on. I have visited three neurologists, did emng, vitamin levels and everything was fine.
I started seeing a therapist and it helped a little. Twitching stopped and it occurs sporadically now but does not worry me anymore.
I am writing because there are new symptoms I've been feeling and I have to know does anyone felt similar things. At first wasn't paying attention but now they are more and more annoying.
Let me start by saying that my whole left side of body is slightly less muscular that right and it was like that even when I trained hard. I just have this weird feeling in whole left side of body. Like me leg and arm are weaker than right. I feel clogged left year. I feel like pressure in my left eye, like the left lips angle is numb but it isn't but I feel it like that. And it worries me because I feel this symptoms on less muscular side of body. As I say a did emng three months ago, Saw three neurologist. Muscles tiredness is still there but right hand weakness is gone and twitching is minimal now. I wonder if anyone felt these weird symptoms in whole side of body(ear, eye, lips, hand, leg) and can it be anxiety as well? It doesn't stop me from doing anything yet, I am working out in gym but annoys me and I feel that I have poor balance in left side and left leg. It's a new thing scaring me and just need reassurance that it is anxiety.
Thank you all in advance,
wish you the best!

I can't say I've experienced such symptoms, but I have had weakness, tingling and numbness on the left side of my body this year (twice), which were probably panic attacks.
The strange thing is that even when you are consciously calm, you can still have panic attacks.
Is it constant or does it come and go?

it usually comes ans goes, but now it lasts for a couple of days, this feeling of numbness in left side of face(eye, lips angle, sometimes ear), leg and arm but they are not numb, you cannot see any difference between sides, it just the feeling.

Same here. This feeling sucks. Hopefully, we figure out a way to make these feelings go away.

It definitely sounds like anxiety. I had two attacks in June within a week. The first one I went to A&E for, waited 4.5 hours and the doctor said it was anxiety. On the second panic attack it spread to my lip and I couldn't close my mouth for three hours, despite feeling outwardly calm. It's quite amazing what the body can do.
If you have visited three neurologists and all is fine, I suspect it is, indeed, anxiety.
