Hi, I'm suffering from a very dense PCO which completely blocks my vision.
However, shortly after waking up in the morning I can see almost perfectly fine for just a few minutes.
Why is that?
*(My pre-PCO refraction was plano so that’s not the case).

there is small portion of the capsule that is still clear and your vision locks on it for a but. same reason y pitting or glistenings dont reduce visual acuity.
