HALLO PEEPS

Alicat here with an update,im now into week 9 of taking the blueys, First week i lost 8 pounds and was more determined than ever to keep up the good work SO I HAVE and going into week 9 i have still lost that first 8 pounds and nothing more. Im eating healthy low fat meals which are less than half the size they used to be,excersising a little more and according to my doctor am eating all the right quantities of food each mealtime,

I have tried so many diets and as soon as i drop my weight to 13 stone i stop loosing no matter what so the blueys were suppossed to push me past that point WELL GUESS WHAT after i lost the 8 pounds my weight was 13 stone and thats where ive stayed for the last 8 weeks, Its starting to get me down now as it seems alot of effort and no results,

Well thats it ive come back and had had a good moan and for those of you having a similar problem i sympathise and those that are seeing results and weight loss GOOD ON YER AND KEEP IT UP, I think im just destined to live my life looking and feeling like a beached whale

    Hi Alicat

I am the same, when i saw the dietician she said that it may be the portion size as your body will stabilise if you are exercising as well. Your body will start to create muscle mass therefore not losing weight but losing inches. Once this increase in muscle mass stablises, then the weight will fall off.

It makes sense to me, hope it does to other people!!!

    Hey motorsportgirli

Does that mean youre not losing either? how long have you been taking them and whats ya overall loss?

Excersise for me means walking more- and eating less,i cant do the gym thing since my stomach op left me with tons of scar tissue ,streching or even sneezing feels like im being ripped apart from the inside.

Ive got 3 weeks supply left but if i dont lose anymore weight in that time im giving up and heading straight for the chippy lol.

    Good luck alicat

    Hey Alicat

Ive been taking them for 6 weeks and lost 9lbs, I lost 4 stone on my own before i evened out and they put me on xenical. Im now down to 13st 6 but cant seem to get away from that

They do say the last few stone is the hardest to lose.

Im not losing at the moment at all, so have stepped my gym up and even then the dietician said it could take a couple of weeks to get some results from that.

Ive just bought the hula hoop dvd for exercise and the mos dance one too, best bet is to find something you enjoy

Hang in there the tablets may just kick in when you least expect them too smile

I am due for my first weigh in tomorrow. In the first week, I lost 1/2 stone. Then nothing for week 2 or 3. This week, all I have done is increased my water intake and excercised a small amount and the scales show I have lost more.

    Cant wait till tomorrow

OMG - If I was just 13 stone then I wouldn't want to be on the blueys...!

THE ONLY TIME I WAS 13 STONE WAS WHEN I WAS 13 YEARS OF AGE...!

Early days I know for me, but I cannot see how taking these are going to help me much. I've already tried every diet in the book and lost faith after losing a couple of stone or so when the needle sticks. Reading some of the responses on here it looks like the blueys don't change anything on that front - some of you are still sticking and not having regular weight loss.

How many of you have lost in excess of 3-4 stone overall since starting?
