WHY AM I FEELING THIS WAY HELP

i feel like im not myself. i feel like im not here. i feel like my body can feel any pressure. it feels like my sense all gone. i dont know what is going on. my heart is not racing and my breath is not short but why am i feeling this?????

      Yeah I'm going through it now I feel spaced out like I'm not here like my vision feels off everything around me looks weird feels like my brain isn't working right

      i also feel spaced out and feels emotionless. i am watching a funny show and it is funny but when i laugh i feel like it is fake. i feel like im not enjoying it at all. i feel my body is light and it feels like it is not my body. this is very new to me. usually i will just feel breathless but today im not. instead im feeling this way.

      Also sounds like you have depression too rolleyes it's hard but learn to accept these feelings have you seen a dr?

      i have seen so many doctors for the past 5 months since my first attack. but everything came out okay. i have hyperventilation syndrome but im not taking any meds. this maybe the first time im feeling this. i want to go to the hospital but i dont my mom would let me. she would just brush it off and says that it only anxiety.

      I'm so sorry u are feeling like this but believe me anxiety is horrible it makes you feel like you are literally going crazy ;( what you are goij

    Going through is scary but normal anxiety has a lot of symptoms not just the hard to breath one

      oh it thought anxiety can only makes u feel breathless, heart palpilations and numbness to your body. derealization is scary and i thought my soul is leaving my body. sad

      Yeah it's scary ;( yeah anxiety can cause a lot of symptoms to your body but just accept it as anxiety and it will pass smile the more we fear it and stress more the longer it'll stay but if u want look up about derealization see if that's what you have smile
