Ok so im 16 years old male and for 7 or 6 days i have been having problems latley with my memory and really not feeling like myself. I do go to sleep late which is like 12 midnight idk if that is causing the problem or if in stress or depressed. I have been searching online and tryna figure out my problems. But what is really making me scared and worried is that I think i might be developing Alzheimer's or dementia at 16 my grandma's mom had it and then she had got it and died so do any of you guys think I might have people say teenagers don't developed those brain disease in their youth years but what should I belive??

Antoine, as a nurse I can tell you that there’s no way you are developing dementia at your age. Memory issues Are caused by many different things.  A main reason at your age is stress and anxiety.  Is there something in your life that is causing you to feel upset, stressed, anxious? Think about it.

Dont do online searches because they don’t pertain to your individual situation. It will needlessly scare you.

Get to sleep earlier, make sure you are eating healthy and getting exercise.

If you are depressed, anxious, see if you can get some counseling because it can really be helpful!

Once you start to feel better you will notice your memory improving.

The key is to de stress .

Also, for your peace of mind, have a checkup at your doctors office

You are gonna be just fine!  😁👍??
