Why are mornings the worst ?

I wake up pretty early around 8am but it takes me at least 4 hours to get out of bed ... then it’s a process of making the bed then lying back down  washing the dishes then Lying back down .... I seem to get better most days as the day goes on . But in the mornings feel like I’ve been hit by a truck !

Hi Lori. Mornings are the absolute worst. I’ll go to bed ok And wake up with such severe fatigue and muscle pain and flu like feelings it’s so bizarre! And no doctors seem to know why. On a good day it’ll only take me about 20 minutes to be able to get up and out but sometimes yes I could stay in bed for hours. You are not alone in this!

The faint feeling is the worst. I just hate it. Usually I scarf some crackers when that comes on.

This morning sickness does get better with time. At least for me it has. It’s just a slow slow process with Epstein Barr Virus. I’m on month 9 and the morning are way easier than they used to be. I still feel like a truck hit me , sick to my stomach, dizziness, and feel flu like symptoms but they are so much less intense now.
