You could try Evening Primrose Oil capsules.   Many years ago when I saw a consultant about a cyst in my breast I had been having REALLY sore breasts, not just at the time of the month but all the time. They were so painful I couldn't bear to take my bra off. The consultant and the breast care nurse both recommended EPO but the consultant said you have to look for the active ingredient Gamma Linolenic Acid or GLA.  It doesn't matter if the capsules say 1000mg of EPO, it's the GLA that's important.  He told me I should take 240mg a day of GLA and I did this by buying EPO capsules with 80mg of GLA in each and took three a day.  I had to take them for four months to "flood" my body with the GLA and I have to say that it was miraculous, all the lumps and pain disappeared and I've never had any problems since.  Even if it doesn't work for breast pain EPO is supposed to be good for hair, skin and nails so worth a try.
