Why are there crack like things on my glans and also these skin tag looking things

there are visible cracks when my penis is erect, and also what are those skin tag looking things and is there a way to remove them because they are far too sensitive.imageimageimage

    These are a natural part of the head of your penis, they develop following the onset of sexual maturation.

    You do NOT remove them

      The sensitivity is basically something you need to work with to reduce the impact of it - essentially you get used to it by practising with yourself to withhold ejaculation for as long as you can.

      What some uncircumcised men do is to have the head of the penis exposed as often as possible by discovering a point at which when the foreskin is drawn back it will pretty much remain there for most of the day. Obviously this is a long process and not something that will change within a short period of time.

      is it normal for it to smell because it does and when i get in the shower i scrub it and it still ends up smelling after

      Smell comes from bacteria, only source of that is usually urine

      i have the same exact problem and mine looks exactly like yours. Have you found anything that helps with the smell? Ive tried everything but nothing keeps it smelling fresh and Dr dont seem to understand. Ive spent time in the locker room showers with my buddies and theirs doesnt smell like mine. I have to move away sometimes to undress after working out cuz sweat just makes it worse.

    Hi man, i think i have the same condition in my penis head, it been here for as long as i can remember and i feel no pain, no itching tho, how did u deal with it? any updates?

    I've had the same problem since I was like 10-years-old. I'm circumcised so I've always thought that my glans are cracked due to air exposure and the constant rubbing against clothing. A natural penis is supposed to have foreskin covering the glans to keep it lubricated and protected. Circumcision prevents this from happening.... I would not have undergone this surgery if I was old enough to stop it. The doctor cut off my foreskin when I was less than 1-year-old. This procedure should be illegal, as it messes with overall sensitivity and satisfaction during sex as well. No surgery should be done nation-wide without the person's consent at such a young age. This changes the person's life forever.

    This is normal.

    But if it bothers you that much you can use topical retinoid

    it will help improve those cracks and wrinkles.

    Used 0.025 % tretnion.
