Why can't I get my anxiety and pain under control

I have pain in my shoulders and between my breast a lot of the time multiple times a day. I am highly stressed. With five kids and a busy life. I just went to the er three nights ago because I felt like I was having a heart attack. When I got there they did blood work ekg and checked my blood pressure and pulse which where both out the roof. Before I was discharged they were back to normal with all test coming back normal. Said it was muscular or panick attack. What the hell it felt like a heart attack. I have been feeling this way for about three years now. After the birth of my fourth child. I have been to multiple heart doctors had a lot of heart test and other test done all day my heart is fine . Why is my pulse over 100 just sitting I don't understand and I'm on Zoloft and klonopin. I can't grasp the feeling as if I'm gonna fall over dead any minute. Help anyone else felt this way?!!!!!!

same everyone thinks im crazy , but 3 years are way too much. and keep in mind that you are healthy , and many people who suffer from serious diseases dont have the anxiety we have. try to explain to them the situation when you are calm, let them know that it is a serious issue, go see a therapist i hope it helps, but dont take pills.
