Why do always need to pee?

I am 19 and female. The problem is that recently (the last few months) I have had bladder issues. I seem to be always needing to go to the loo, (like every ten minutes) and sometimes without me realising a substantial amount of my urine leaks out. It is really embarrassing. Its just this, no pain while peeing or anything just the leakage. 

BTW I also have scoliosis if that is important. 

What is wrong with me, please help?

    You probably have Overactive Bladder and I have suffer the same codition for 4 - 5 years but I keep go to toilet every 10 minutes

      No it cant be that up unitl a few months ago I could hold on for hours

    I also have scoliosis, but that would not cause this. As John23035 has said, it could be an overactive bladder.

    Have you seen your GP? If so what was the outcome? You only need to give the basic for myself or others to give suggestions or advice.
