Why do I bleed with soft bm and not with hard?

Posted , 6 users are following.

It's sending me crazy! This mornings BM was firm and no blood for first time in ages. Tonight I go and it's very soft - loads of blood! How can this be?

If I ever need to do a little more following the initial poop the blood seems much more drippy.

I just don't understand why it happens this way.

Thank you. I was just interested to know if anybody had any knowledge on the issue.

My doctors are not interested and have told me the bleeding is just an inconvenience. I've had all sorts of tests and it's been going on and off for a couple of years. They only found two thrombosed internal hems and a fissure that's healed up. Maybe it's reopened?

Waiting for another appointment with a surgeon and see what he thinks.

I would love to hear from somebody who has lived with the issue for years, and who can give me some pointers to how best to deal with it.

I bleed a lot, only thing that helps slightly is avoiding alcohol and lots of baths
