Why do I feel my heart in my throat or a quick heart palpitation when I gulp down cold water ?

I've been noticing that once in a while when I gulp down water very fast

after a meal(like cold water) I get one ectopic beat. Like I can feel it in my throat.

I'm on those days extremely exhausted from lack of sleep.

Could it be that? Could it be that my vagus nerve is super sensitive due to lack of sleep and also dehydration that the large volume of water agitates it and maybe it's inflamed due to anxiety/stress and so the water excited it and that excited the heart.

It only happens with cold water, never with food or solid stuff

Thanks.

I haven't experienced that and haven't read anything quite like that, but your reasoning about it seems to make sense.
