Why do I feel that I am getting no where and that no one seems to listen to me.

I have had fibromyalgia for 4 years but over the past 2 years my hands, wrists and feet have been very painful and stiff. My foot is worse in the morning or when I have been sitting for short time then having to walk on my feet.I have had blood tests and recently had an ultra sound scan which all came back negative. I am so frustrated! I am also always tired and have dry eyes. Can anyone give me advise as to what I can do? I feel the doctors must think I am wasting their time.

I have had RA for 25 taking strong immune suppressant meds for 23. I have been able to go off my meds and only take advil for the last 2 years. My RA is currently more like fibromyalgia than RA. These where the things I found successful for me (none of which came from a doctor) Firstly diet, if you don't already have a good diet you need to change it. Start with a cleanse from your health food store and see how you feel if you notice improvement, then try to incorporate the diet changes into everyday. Second I went to a NUCCA doctor, look it up on the internet to find how it works (adjust your C-1 that has been through trauma) and try to find a doctor in your area. Thirdly, there is a horse supplement called APF which is made from five different flowers and the combination helps getting the immune system to work properly. Oh yeah, a lot of people with ailments like ours have a deficiency of magnesium so try to find a good source for absorption and take it daily. These things have not cured me but have made me 80% better. So you might want to give one or all of them a try. The NUCCA adjustment was the biggest for me.

Thank you for getting back to me. I do have deficiencies for which I had B12injections for 6months, this was years ago, and iron tablets over a number of years but again my levels are never checked on a regular basis by my GP. I also have endometriosis which thankfully my injections backed by HRT are helping. I also took myself 2 years ago for intolerance tests as I wasn't getting anyway with my GP. I was right, I do have a few intolerances. I just get so frustrated by it all. In my heart though this new pain and stiffness etc is not any of my ailments.
