so for about 4 years i was panic free then all of a sudden one day in july i had a panic attack and i ran out of pills cause i hadnt had one in so long so it made it a bit worse but i was able to get through it then a few hours later i had another one witch sucked but i got through it. The next morning same thing and i didnt go to work because of it and i didnt go the rest of the week because i couldnt shake the panic feeling. so for weeks after it i struggled almost every morning with panic and finally it kind of went away till February and it has been a constant state of panic since then. can anyone relate r tell me why this is happening. ive been dealing with chronic neck and back pain through all of this so it makes health anxiety bad as well.

unfortunately anxiety and panic can rear its ugly head suddenly. even doctors are unable to explain this thoroughly because they just don’t know. is there anything going on in your life that could possibly have brought on the panic?

but there are times when we can feel pretty good and all of a sudden anxiety and panic appear. There needs to be more research on this so that people like us can get some relief.

when you have a panic attacks it’s important to know how to manage it. Proper breathing is essential in calming everything down! You can learn this by searching on YouTube. And you can also find some great meditations for anxiety and panic to relax yourself. take care
