Why does my butthole look like this?

I haven't had any problems with moving my bowels and no hard bowel movements.

1- it usually only takes me less than 10 mins
2- i only go when im ready which is every other day depending on what i eat. it just flows with some pushing. not a lot.
3- i just sit on the toilet.
When I go pee I like to sit on my phone for a couple of minutes thats when I start to feel my butthole get warm and then it sticks out for a day or two.

Guys those are FOR SURE haemorrhoids. go and see your gp to get a fix.
