MORE INFO:

I've recently become sexually active for the first time in February of this year. I'm 25 years old. Now, I'll admit I haven't been keeping track of the way my vagina looks over the years, but it definitely felt different afterwards. After my last partner, I got a skene cyst that was large and painful and went away after a round of antibiotics, but left behind a slightly noticeable bump. My gyno put me on estriol for a month for everything to go back to normal, but I didn't notice any change after the month.

Ever since the cyst, I've been examining my vagina religiously and have also noticed these separated pieces of flesh. I've also noticed a large piece of flesh hanging near my entrance, that I became aware of after losing my virginity and which feels like it's getting larger. I've also been having increased discharge (looks normal, not green and doesn't smell) that a few times has been a bit bloody around ovulation and irregular periods with a heavier flow.

When my gyno examined me on both occasions, she didn't comment on the appearance of my vagina, told me everything was healthy after examining me. She even took a swab of my vagina and examined it through a microscope, but I don't know what she was confirming. I've taken STD tests after both my partners, and they came back negative for gonnorrhea or syphilis.
