The wounds on my vulva have not healed for 2 years. There is no hospital in the area where I live that I did not go to. Dermatologist says there is a wound, they refer them to a gynecologist for biopsy Gynecologists always say there is no wound and do not take a biopsy
I have never been in a relationship. Could this be Paget's disease or cancer? Please help.

Did you already try to go to another gynecologist? Because if it's there for 2 years, It might be something concerning down there. Do you use any soap to wash your vagina? might be an irritated skin but I'm not so sure because it's hard to determine from a picture.

There is no gynecologist and dermatologist in my area that I haven't been to.

Do you mean vulva mucous cancer? The way to know if it's cancerous or not are by lab test. there's no way to diagnose through an image. But for a close look on the lesions of your vagina, I doubt it. Do you
