Why have I had so many various health problems the last two years?

I'm a 25 year old female who has had no health problem worse than a shunt placed at infancy due to an injury. I got colds, I had chicken pox, nothing unusual. I am not allergic to anything that I know of. I occasionally take paxil for anxiety and minor OCD that has never been that bad, at least not since I was a teen. I take the birth control pill. The last 2.5 years I have gone to the doctor almost every month for something new, these issues seem to come back to back. I intend to get a new PCP as my current one is so blase about all of this; he makes me feel crazy for even questioning there's anything bigger happening here. I want and need to know if there is any obvious connection I am missing? What do you all think of all of this within a two year span? What should I do?

In the last 2.5 years I have:

- Suddenly developed fairly moderate IBS that took months to learn to control and treat. Primarily IBS-C.

- I get a UTI about every 3 months. I think this is just a result of becoming sexually active, though.

- I had shingles at 24, a very small case on my lower back that went away in a week. It enlarged a lymph node in my pelvis that still doesn't feel completely shrunk.

- Possible ulcer, by the time I could get an endoscopy they were unable to determine what it was, but I took carafate for two weeks until I felt back to normal. Very painful stomache pains leading up to this.

- Occasional minor hives along my arms and legs that go away quickly, cause unknown

- Painful, tender breasts daily for over a month that has since gone away, cause unknown

- The skin along my shunt was painful and swollen, my neck stiff, for two weeks. Went away abruptly. Doctor says my MRI looks fine, no worries. Cause unknown.

- Occasional mottled skin appears on my thighs. Not painful, itchy, or raised. Cause unknown. https://ibb.co/fHJL4H https://ibb.co/mMN4Jc

- Legs and arms become achey for no reason twice now. Like a dull thudding pain in my calves and shins, a little along my thighs. Arms primarily in the crook of my elbow. Last time I suspected dehydration from frequent diarrhea, but currently that isn't the issue. This lasts days or even weeks. Cause unknown.

I have had an MRI and two cat scans in the last 2.5 years, nothing at all concerning has come up. I am not overweight, I eat a normal diet (ie not constant junk food or caffeine), I don't drink or do drugs.

I feel crazy and honestly this has changed me into a hypochondriac.
