Why is my heart rate in the 240's???

To start off I have been to two cardiologists and had plenty of tests to show that Im "normal".

When I exercise my heart rate increases really fast, like if I run for a minute it usually might be in the 160-180s. When pushing myself really hard and taking a pulse, it can be somewhere between 230-250 bpm!!! I dont know why? My stress test showed a max of 221 bpm but we had to stop it early because I was sweating so much and it was ruining the results. Its surely not SVT or V-tach right? Cause if it happens every time then it must be something structural. Well the echo I had last august showed a perfect heart!!!!! I get short of breath kind of easily (not to the point where I cant breath, but like im breathing hard). My parents are telling me enough doctors, they think Im making up all my symptoms and headaches. I just want to know whats wrong with me. I know you guys really cant help in any way except reassurance but I just need to get it out.
