do you have any other symptoms such as fever or anything else?

some people have a naturally low heart rate below 60 which for them is normal. this is true of a lot of athletes because they are in such great shape that their heart does not have to be as fast to pump blood through the body.

what is your normal heart rate? If it’s normally in the 70s or 80s, just check it a few times more during the day to see what it is. You can always get an opinion from your doctor about that and if you still don’t feel well make an appointment. take care

my recommendation would be for your peace of mind, just make an appointment with your doctor to have things checked out.

You are most likely OK but I think it’s worse to sit around and think about it constantly and make yourself feel miserable with all the worry.

many times doctors will give their patients a heart monitor to wear for a few days or a week. I did this once and everything was OK.

you don’t have to panic. Just go get checked out. Take care

Hi Morra, my heart rate is resting between 50-60, my GP said it can be normal, I also suffer with a low thyroid so it may be worth asking your GP for a thyroid function test 😃
