Why is there pus on my tonsils but no fever or being swollen?

I've had white spots on my tonsils for two days, with no fever, no being swollen or pain at all. I don't know where to post as there's no tonsil forum, this seems like the closest (although I don't exactly have a sore throat). The only symptom beside pus is drowsiness, so I'm sure it's not tonsil stone but infection. I've been taking amoxicillin and garlic water but the pus and sleepiness haven't gone away. What should I do? It recurs frequently, as a matter of fact I just had it last month. This drowsiness affects my daily life and I fear the symptoms may worsen.

For all having the same problem, I switched to roxithromycin which apparently treats tonsillitis with pus, as well as using an atomizer nozzle. Much of the pus has now gone away and I hope the rest will disappear soon. I'll continue the medicine for a week even if the symptoms clear up.
