Why my period stop after fibroid removed?

Hi girls. i’m 47 now two years ago when I was 45 I had fibriod remove surgery because I had very heavy. Period. ever since I never had period again. my doctor said nothing wrong and checked ultrasound even cleaned. Doctor also said my previous have a period was not a period was the bleeding. I’m not believing that it has to do with surgery. thinking going to other doctor to find out but doctors not gonna blame another doctor right? I see he has some people have same situation but I sale want your opinion or someone have same situation as me please reply. thank you all

    Its possible for you to never have periods again, its also possible for periods to come back to you after some time. The doctor will blame another doctor if there is a dispute within the procedure.
