Hi my names sophie and I have been on here before. I got really good advice so I thought I might ask you somthing else. I don't know how to put this but whenever somthing triggers a memory e.g. A book music or a film I feel sad because it's over I guess. I doesn't matter if it is a happy memory or a sad memory it's just makes me sad. The most common one is the weather. When ever I look outside and it's sunny I remember all of the good times I spent in the sun but instead of feeling happy I feel sad .its affecting me because I can't listen to music that I like because they remind me of a memory. I have looked everywhere for an explanation but I can't find one

Please help

    Hey Sophie..

well, just let go off the emotion and try to see where it comes from. Why do you feel it is over, what makes you sad. Just let go off the tears and see why do you feel that way, as it is over. Nothing to be worried about, you are probably just changing.

    thats what i would say

    bye

But that's the thing I try to see past it but I can't. It's like I'm in a dark room looking at a bright sunny scene just wanting to be there again

      Thank you for replying smile
