Wierd eye symptoms and others

Hello, I've been struggling with some symptoms for years now. I've been going to the doctors for years, but nothing has ever been found except coeliac disease. I am completely gluten free now. One of the most annoying is my eye symptoms. When I (try to) look in the mirror, it's like I can't see my full face. My eyes just can't take it in all at once. It only looks at one point like each eye at once or nose or just in between my eyes. I was perfectly normal before. With reading words, it can't  take in the whole word just like one letter. I can't see the whole tv either, like my eyes just see one person, not the whole part together. It's like my eyes are stuck or always staring, it's so hard to describe. My optician said your eyes look fine. It affects my reading really badly. I have other symptoms too, like trouble thinking.  Any suggestions or input will be appreciated. Thank you smile btw I'm only 20 sad i put it in the headache group bcause when I try to think normally my head starts hurting.
