Yes, sure. I feel very anxious when going outside and feel better at home. My work is 4 hrs away from my home which make it worse.

definately anxiety mate get to a gp there is plenty of medications out there that can help. Probably put you on an anti depressant, most likely sertraline, citalopram, amytripiline, but get to the Dr sooner rather than letter no need to suffer in silence

    Hi Mahran

When I feel good, it dosnt happen. But usually it happens when Im anxious.

hiya, I used to get this same feeling when anxiety kick-started in high school days. Over the years, I have managed to live with anxiety and this feeling is not bothersome anymore.

Consult a medical specialist and discuss this uneasiness.

    Take care smile

The way this world is coming to lately it does feel unsafe out there with the terrorist, the shootings its really scary because you never know whats going to happen from one day to the next.

We just have to be prepared and be safe we have to learn not to be so scared about things but its not easy

Yes. It has happened to me in the past. Its a feeling of being trapped by the other person because your there not feeling well and keep it to yourself whilst the pther person is rambling on about themselves or some gossip or such. I think it triggers from a feeling of being trapped. Not a good rationale because you can say you know im feeling anxious and i dont think i can hold this conversation right now. Amazingly most people get that. I believe if you were in a conversation with someone who knew you were anxious and you could talk freely you would enjoy the conversation.
