I am really starting to give up. I am now 9 weeks post op and i can't eat because my appetite is awful, I am weak, tired, and lightheaded. I am nauseous too.

I am going thru the exact same thing. 8 weeks after surgery. I'm looking for answers as well.

I have been to the e.r. 6 times now cuz of chest pains. Did a full cardiac work up. Not my heart. I always have head aches. Tired. Acid reflux really bad. Had an endoscopy done. I now have a hiatal hernia from all the throwing up before the gallbladder was removed. My arms and legs get tingly and weak. No one came tell me how to fix this. I'm on a strict diet and even quit smoking. No improvement.

Have you had your BP etc checked? Mine was very low after op( usually low) and then high when I came home.....Also your blood Sats etc- can you ask for a full MOT? Hope you improve as it is a misery I know- I am only 11 days post op and am fed up of lack of energy etc, take care.

Thanks a lot for replying. But everything else is fine. I guess i just have to wait for my body to readjust. I am sorry to hear you are also suffering from the lack of energy too. This surgery has a toll on a few of us. I hope you recover soon.

      Take care🙏

HI Josephine56147, I would imagine if your like the rest of us you were suffering for some time before removal but if you were not then all you can do it try moderating your diet.  Feeling tired etc is all part of the Op I would think and again most people are sick with the GB for a long time before.  The body needs to re adjust but if your really concerned go to the Dr.  Most people say it takes a fair while to get properly better and maybe your one of them?   Are you exercising any.

I guess you are right Julian. How are you? Have you had yours removed too? How long ago? It is just depressing.
