I am now Lexapro 20mg once a day for 6 months, about 7:30pm and have no issues sleeping(melatonin and advilPM as well) yet i do have yawning and feel tired at times during the day. I find it worst when I'm alone, as long as I am engaged and with others I am fine. The lack of the anxiety that was going to end my life makes the tiredness at times fine with me

I am taken lexapro 10 mg at night and 10mg in the morning for 5months . I seem to be sleepy in the day. Should I take 20mg at night instead of any in the morning? Please let me know if anyone has tried this. Thank you. God Bless.
