will the agony ever end??

I have this for many years but the past couple of years I have had this problem.
if I lie down with my legs straight and try to move that's it they are locked if i am wearing socks I can lift my legs with by grabbing hold of the socks.but if I am not wearing socks I have no strength and the pain is excruciating.doesnt help by the fact I bent down the other day felt really woozy blacked out and ended up on the floor.i hurt both wrists and shoulders as id put my hands out to save myself but I don't remember doing I as I had blacked out.and my right hand side at the back aches even worse,and my left leg hurts from my bum to my ankle.with fibromyalgia I cannot sit for long lie
for long, lie for long the pain is so intense.I have 2 whole feet of hammer toes the Dr said its the worst she's ever seen.my feet burn and ache so much,I have one pair of trainers if I have to go out,the rest of the time i wear novelty slippers as the usually padded and dont have seams in them and dont rub on my toes.
I am also agoraphobic have pcos fits and asthma food allergies and other things wrong with me.my right foot has a massive bulge under my little toe that is coz of the hammer toes.And my left foot has a cyst or bunion caused by just walking.any help would be appreciated I feel suicidal because of all the pain and lack of sleep.And the excruciating pain

You are going through so much! Are you seeing a doctor for your fibromylgia or a rheumatologist? Have you been prescribed any medication to help ease the pain or to help you sleep? I understand that you're agoraphobia but you need to find a doctor that will come to you!! I sincerely hope that you can find get some relief very soon.

I live in the Uk where basic healthcare is free(the politicians would have you believe)I have,seen specialists but they have signed me off,they cannot do any more for me.(I am 44).
I live with my husband (who also has health problems inc M.E and fibromyalgia)he is my carer.We live on a disabled/elderly frail estate that originally was just for those in need but the council and housing association are so desperate for cash they are selling the specially adapted homes to able bodied people on the proviso they help the disabled.I heard one women say "oh there one of those disabled they are always in the way!!"
I am on inhalers. For asthma,Dolsulepin for fibromyalgia and depression,anxiety.Lyrica for fibromyalgia.Mebeverine for food allergies and ibs.Cetirizine for allergies,ramipril high blood pressure,simvastatin for cholesterol,tramadol and paracetomol for pain(secretly I double the tramadol one is NOT enough!Loperimide for the side effects of medication and food intolerances.Dapagliflozin for diabetes type two,I can barely walk and use a mobility scooter my hammer toes are very painful.I am at my wits end I cannot escape the pain the exhaustion and tiredness.as well being agoraphobic I am scared of visitors to my house so a doctor cant come here!I can see no solution I am so sad I have no friends.any help would be appreciated.Thank you for listening to me moan on.
