Will they remove my cysts if they're at 4 cm? I'm in so much PAIN!!

I have endometrioma, my chocolate cysts are 2, 3, and 4 cm. I am not having sex and am not trying to get pregnant.. I know they would take me more seriously if I was TRYING to have a child.. how can I convince them to take them OUT! I am starting to "peuk" every month because the pain is SO BAD!

    Hi Dannie,

Last year I had a cyst on my right ovary that was between 6-8. I was in so much pain I couldn’t exercise and it was terrible. I was pretty sure I also had endometriosis (I had it previously) and my doctor didn’t believe me. It took me a year to convince him to do the surgery to remove the cyst and check for endo. The cyst resolved itself a week before the op and when I had the op I had quite bad endometriosis. That was all then removed.

Just stick at it and tell them how painful it is and how much it is affecting your life! Alternatively have you thought about going private?

Going private?   They are getting me ready for surgery. They found cysts the size of lemons on both ovaries, and a polyp 6 cm in my uterus. Good thing I went to u of m! I had no idea the problem was the serious! ALWAYS get a second opinion right!
