Will walking on uneven surfaces cause knee pain 5 months after scope?

I had an arthroscopy done early Nov. They clipped a tendon/ligament on the medial side of my knee. It was almost immediate relief. I have been doing great but about 3 or 4 weeks ago I fell on that knee. It was outdoors and the ground was soft. It didn't hurt. Then I was walking on uneven ground a couple of weeks later and my knee started to ache. It is still aching almost 2 weeks later. It aches in the same area they clipped the ligament. Any thoughts on what I should do? It is not bad pain, just an ache that I notice when walking.
