Wipes for the anal area to prevent uti’s

Can anyone recommend a natural wipe that can be used after a bowel movement to help Prevent UTI,s

    A bidet works best.

      I work and was looking for something to help keep bacteria away but thank you.

    I use children bottom wipes but make sure no perfume 

    I know the ecoil is present in the bowel and can travel up the uthea thus causing infections 

    If you have been through menopause you are more prone to them owing to lack of estrogen 

    Take D mannose as preventative measure they really work 

    I have had them constantly for 10 years and only thing that works
