Try very cold water face washes, cold washcloth over your face. Its unfortunately severe anxiety and adrenaline rushes behind this. Its hard on the body. constant anxiety and stress on the body has an effect. I wouldnt say its dangerous but it is very uncomfortable and makes the quality of life go down. Google panic attacks, anxiety disorders.

If not already talk to your GP and explain your anxiety to him and He will arrange a pathway to control this problem.

When you slap your face or rubbing your brow and pinching yourself this acts as a diversion and the anxiety will reduce for a time.

I suffer similar with the brain fog and lack of concentration, mines constant, I get no breaks from it. It's almost like I feel dizzy but I'm not at all dizzy so foggy is how I describe it even tho it's not really the best way. It's very difficult. I was in citalopram for 5 and half weeks and they did stop accept for 2 hrs a night then all the sudden it came back constant. I recently moved to 30mg and this is day 4 of that and it hasn't gotten much but I'm gonna stick out as best I can for a like 2 weeks then I'm going to have to see a neurologist just to make sure it really is just anxiety because being this deep and having dealing with this same symptom for 4 months I've almost had enough completely

I have these same issues almost daily all of time and they have been going on for months now. Some days are okay and other days I feel like I'm loosing my mind like today for instance, my head has been feeling tinlgy and like crawling under my scalp , I have had a dull headache all day feeling scared and shaky and weird all day I feel like my while body is off like I have no control like weak or something its kind of hard to explain. I feel like a panic attack is near or something more serious

I started having panic attacks again a few days ago went to the dr they increased my medicine which I can feel it trying to clear everything up but it just can't yet(only day4 on increase) but I did feel a point this evening where my body felt like it was trying to panic but it couldn't I felt the tingles and body temp rise and felt uncomfortable but then that was it so hopefully that's a sign things are starting to straighten themselves out now, I've been like this for so long now 4 months in total that even if I felt like I did prior to my first day of this on goin saga I don't know if I'd recognize it as normal anymore. I can't remember any single feeling of how I felt prior to this crap. That in itself is a scary feeling because I don't know if I'll ever get back to that point again, here's to hoping I guess positivity is really the only way to cope and looking for silver linings in things to stay that way
