Wish me luck!

So after a very wobbly year of severe anxiety and sertraline, I have decided to start looking for work again.
I stopped working before as the stress it was causing me was so severe I couldn't even function, so im a little worried about repeating old issues. However today I am biting the bullet and have my first interview. If anyone can help me with a little support or pre-interview relaxation tips I would hugely appreciate it!
If there is one thing this terrible year has taught me its to ask for help when you need it

You will do great!! Remember if you feel anxiety rising, ALWAYS COME BACK TO YOUR BREATH and live in the present moment-- not the future!!
"You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
Good luck!

Sarah,
Same thing happened to me, too. I had a terrible attack and it scared me to even return back to work, but I am back working now.
A few things to remember that helped me a lot:
1) It's just a job. You have overcome worst - which is recovering from this terrible illness so you can take on ANY job! So give yourself some credit and try to be confident.
2) Breathe - take deep breaths
3) Smile at your interview
4) Pray - my faith is very important to me. If I don't do well at the interview I usually see it as a sign that God doesn't think this job is right for me and another one, a better one will come along, i.e. If God closes a window, He'll open a door.
Xx
4) Try to be yourself -

Thanks so much for the kind support everyone. I didn't get the job in the end, but the interview did go well, and im so proud that i actually did it anyway up yours anxiety lol
I have another interview today and feeling more confident about it this time! Not going to put pressure on myself, you win some you loose some, but facing my fear and actually interacting with the world again is already a big step forward to me xxxx
