Another year of PMR come and gone, new people arrived, some left. But one thing hasn't changed: the support of like-minded people.

    .....and a happy new year to you all with pmr firmly taking a back seat. Thank you to 'Clan Eileen' for the massive time you spend keeping us informed and sane. Post Turkey and trifle I feel ready for the fight !  Good luck all

    I do hope everyone is enjoying the festive season while keeping pmr warm and dry!

    my best wishes to all of the wonderful people who come together on this forum to find help and to provide mutual support for each other on our journey.  I am grateful for the help and knowledge I have  found here  and for the huge amount of time and energy and patience invested (especially by Eileen)

    Sincere wishes  for a healthier, happier  and peaceful 2018.
