With coronavirus on the march it sounds like a mass case of glandular fever

Hi everyone I have been doing research listening for people who have coronavirus and the symptoms it displays.
A lot of the symptoms sound like glandular fever from what people have been saying
Fever
Swollen glands
sore throat and coughing
Extreme tiredness/Fatigue.
I know its a long shot but listening to peoples experiences the symptoms reminded me of when I was struck down 3 years ago with glandular fever

I'm at the tail end (hopefully) of my second, terrible EBV experience. Still struggling with frequent digestive issues/IBS, only lessened by a DRASTIC change in diet. The thought of contracting yet another terrible illness makes me (even more) sick to my stomach. What an INCREDIBLE start to 2020!

It's been 4 months since I got sick. Stomach is mostly calm when completely empty. After eating, digestive process is frequently loud (gurgling) and stomach region aches uncomfortably. Processed foods/sugars cause even more stomach pain/bloating and are avoided. Annoyingly, the discomfort often interferes with sleep duration, adding to my fatigue.

Hi, I hate to intrude on your conversation but I to have the stomach pain and loud noise after eating. my chest hurts so bad I have to ball up in a knot and it usually last about 30 mins or more. Do any of you have sinus pain. like do yours nose have a lot of pressure almost to the extreme it burns and pain in your eye, red eyes. At one time it felt as if bugs was crawling on me and in my nose. Strange. I tested for everything under the sun and everything negative but my EBVigG was 750.0 and BSNA IgG was 600.0 but all other filters were negative. I have to know did any of you experience this. It's been 9 months and I still have muscle twitching and sinus pressure and headaches.

I had pressure between my eyes and frequent headaches for close to a month and needed ibuprofen regularly to function.
UPDATE: After 10 days of clean eating (no processed foods/sugars), my digestion has improved dramatically. There's definitely truth in 'starving' the virus into submission.
