Withdrawal??

Ok I am terrible at remembering to take the tablets. Am on 75mg slow release. Past few weeks have had seriously bad stomach pains and very loose stools after every meal. Also tired, itchy, and feeling generally yuk. My best friend died last week and I've also been on antibiotics for a week a couple of weeks ago. Today I have realised I've not taken a vendor for a week or so, or have been taking irregularly could this be why I am so uncomfortable in my stomach??

    Sounds like withdrawal, have u started taking them again , can u not set an alarm to take them same time everyday ! Hope ure better soon
