Withdrawal Is Complicated

I have been withdrawing from a low dose of Atenolol for a year now. I have suffered badly with burning in body, head pressure, chills, sweats, Tinnitus, insomnia and more. It has been unbearable. I am now down to 4mg. Any encouragement out there?

my life has been severely affected by this drug. My doctors told me Beta Blockers are a simple drug and easy to come off. How wrong they are.

I am now afraid to taper further. Ive opted for compounded doses and lowering by 5% a month. This is what is recommended for Benzodiazepine reductions!!! Its criminal for doctors to fast taper people off these drugs. The suffering is unimaginable.
