Withdrawal mistake

ive been on celexa for 1 year or more 20mg for normal anxiety, some phobia, nothing crazy

and i dont know why but i got off of it cold turkey randomly without thinking about it.

its been 3 months now, and i got back into bad anxiety,

been a month of no sleep hard to go with each day,

ive made the decision on going back on celexa 5 weeks ago, and the last 3 weeks have been unbearable, it just got worst even this week.

should i taper down and switch meds? or keep on it, has it seem to be making me worse, im confused

hi, sometimes withdrawals dont hit properly for 8-12 weeks, im tapering off and made the mistake early on to slightly updose back when i still listened to doctors, because i did it too late it made me worse and took around 12 months to settle, take a look at the surviving antidepressants site as they know far more about withdrawal on there, what youre feeling is normal, your body is in flux, try not to mess with doses and let your body settle, trust me i know how hard it is, but if you keep going back to doctors they will try drug after drug and send you down a rabbit hole, youve not been on it that long so that is a plus
