Withdrawal symptoms or relapse

hi

is it possible that I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms from taking amiltryptiline for best part of 2020.

started at 20mg in January and increased to 30mg in September before tapering down to zero over october. basically it didnt work.

started on 20mg citalopram in November and finally stopped in January 2021 as side effects were worse than benefits

Now suffering with terrible headaches, dissociation and anxiety since stopping 6 weeks ago

tapered off over 2 to 3 weeks

doctor has prescribed me 20mg prozac which I have not started taking

is it possible that I am still suffering from the amiltryptiline .....dr says no.
