Withdrawing from mirtazapine

hi everyone, hope everyone is well, i have been on mirtazapine 15mg for one year, i suffer from emetophobia and i havent thrown up in more than 20 years. mirtazapine worked great in the beginning but now it just gives me a headache and makes me feel weak, i want to come off it to strenthgnmy stomach, and heal myself naturally, has anyone come off this medication? did you vomit or feel sick? thank you so much in advance x
