I have been self reducing this drug. I have been on it 8 months and it feels like poison to me. Weight gain night terrors and the sweating makes it impossible to socialise. Slowly reducing my dose and feel like I'm dying I feel like a true drug addiction suffering withdrawls. My pulse is sitting at 42bpm this morning feeling dizzy weak being sick have shakes chills headaches from he'll can't think straight and finding it difficult to get out of bed. I wish I had been given full information about this drug I need it out of my life.

It is a nasty drug to come off of. I've been going through it myself. Ended up in ER 3x! Now on librium, blood pressure meds, short term of klonopin. My problem was I move and lost my ins. But have it back now and am taking the necessary steps to getting better.

Talk to your doc about weaning down. Wish you luck!

      Hi Jamie

Wishing you the best you will get there. It is good to have the understanding of some of the people who reply it supports that your symptoms are not in your mind. I had a rubbish weekend so dehydrated from vomiting I can't keep sips of water down. My GP is coming out but reckons I'm heading for hospital for iv fluids. Anyway I'll continue on my path because I could not stop this process only to start it all over again. Take care .
