Wk3 overdone it loads
mon: Dr's then walk into town bumped into friend had coffee and got lift home
wed: Dr's then walk into town walked round some shops had coffee and walked home, then spent 2hrs at local Lido with family
fri: Dr's then walk into town walked round some shops had coffee and walked home
sat: did some sewing went to friends for some evening drinks
sun: got pushed round IKEA in a wheelchair for the afternoon and out for tea...
mon: dead on my feet😓
Today, my birthday didn't get up until lunchtime and went out for tea with my family
it it came back to me yesterday a lady from physio came to my bedside day 2po and said "beware week 3 you will feel amazing and think you can do so much more.... But DONT!!!!"

Happy Birthday for yesterday hope you had a lovely tea with your family. You really went for it didn't you. Just walk and rest, pace yourself so you keep your energy level on an even keel, then gradually you will feel your energy level improve, throw in a few flight of stairs in between and you have a good cardio workout with no damage done. This will build your strength and then there will be no stopping you.
