Now think it connected to long term head tremor 12ish years and 2-3yr continuous worsening jaw movement so not heart related. Could be Tremor or perhaps parkinson type condition.

You don't say how old you are but would guess that you are past middle age as you get angina. One cause of your problem MAY be carpal tunnel syndrome, I had that about 4 years ago when I was 63, same symtoms, used to wake me in the night with numb hands when no pressure on them. Hang them over side of bed and sensation returns. Had the right one operated on, that was the worst hand. Quick procedure, local anaesthetic, cured the problem but took over a year to get to the point where it wasn't painful to put pressure on it eg. pushing up from a chair. As I said it MAY be a cause, could be other resons too though. Never had the left hand done as the problem seemed to ease off in that hand. Hope you find a solution.

Jim, Thanks for reply. Yes am elderly 76. No further numbness of hands thankfully, angina settled. Hospital said ECG ok so dont need to go again and I refused Warfarin. Seems to think I am old dear by his attitude. I ride a push bike on flat, gentle swim at health club, go to Zumba and do volunteer help, this he isnt aware of. May look tense due to trying to control tremor which dont think he is knows about. Late husband had carpal tunnel but hospital didnt advise proceedure as said wasnt bad enough (77). Unfortunate for you to have problems with both hands. Best wishes for 2013.
