Woke up itching every square inch of my body including inside penis

hey guys new to this board and I'm starting to get really uncomfortable. I woke up this morning and literally every inch of my skin itches so bad that itching it feels almost orgasmic but also painful. The itching does not actually itch all the time everywhere, it moves around. But the moment my skin brushes against anything including clothing, it instantly itches. From my scalp, my ear lobes, inside my ears, neck, face, chest and back, sides, bum, outside and inside penis, legs, hips, feet and toes! What is worse is when anything warm touches my skin its like horribly itchy and painful (like a warm shower this morning) and when i pee, it itches and hurts inside the penile duct!

I have never felt or had anything like that before. Literally, nothing has changed in terms of food, clothing, personal care products, detergents, and the fact it is everywhere with ZERO rashes or hives, and also inside my nose, ears, penis, etc . I am completely baffled!

Went to urgent care and they did urine test which came out clean so no UTI. (As I write this, my palms and fingers are itching so badly I want to scream) and doc said no idea and gave me Hydroxizine which has done zip to help even at highest dose of 30mg.

Anyone have any ideas? Its absolutely horrific and it feels like its increasing in intensity by the hour.

I would so appreciate any ideas!

    Extreme stress or a stressful incident can bring on itching like this.Could that be the problem?

    You need to go back to urgent care, maybe this is something to do with your liver?
