Woke up to stiff and joint pain in fingers/ numbness in hand

Hello ladies. I took a afternoon nap and woke up to stiff fingers and joint pain. Has this happened to any of you ? Is this a part of peri and meno ? I am hoping it is not arthritis . Also 2 nights ago i awoke in the night to find that my right hand was completely numb. Scared the living daylights out of me. This never occured before peri. I am hoping it is nothing serious.

yep! the joint thing is especially bad one week before my period WOULD be due if it still came. A new thing that I'm experiencing this month is when i go to bed and close my eyes i feel like my upper body is trembling or vibrating, but its not. i used to freak out at new symptoms but as of late i just chalk it up to meno and go to sleep.

Thank all you lovely ladies for your replys. I was getting quite nervous but thought it might be peri or meno related. It makes me feel much better knowing i am not alone. Thank you all once again
