Womb ablation and sterelization

OK so I'm due to have womb ablation surgery then sterilisation I'm not really happy about having it done I have fibroids tilted womb and they said my uterine cavity is ab normal looking anyway I have excess bleeding sometimes like 2 bleeding in a month usually after sex too also pain I am anemic I have many other medical conditions osteoarthritis dorsumbular kyphoscoliosis fybromalliga m.e sclerosis and vertebrae bulges top middle and bottom, I used to have endometriosis too, anyway I'm extremely worried about having this procedure done the effects it will have on me pain wise tbh I'm terrified also upset at the fact that what I'm going to have done will change me forever, I know being realistic carrying a baby would be near impossible due to my health and medications I have 2 boys that are now 17 and 18 but I would have liked to have had one with my partner but now this will be impossible, I'm just looking for more information really on this procedure and how it's effected you.
