I am 68 and have had a vaginal prolapse for a about 10 years . It has interfered with gardening and is annoying if i stand too long . I have discovered something very straightforward which has really helped enormously . There is a yoga exercise called The Bridge . You can check this out on google to learn how to do it correctly . I do this excercise on my bed building up to ten times night and morning . Its amazing and really worth a try .
