I won my appeal for pip in Jan. ..now dwp has decided that a change of circumstances as I now no what my right leg is totally numb through a mini stroke n will not get my feeling back...so now I have to see capita for medical but have told them nothing has changed...why they doing this again.. so much stress

They are doing it because they are idiots!! How the hell can they expect someone with your condition to suddenly get up and do a happy dance? Unless, of course, they are going to offer you a higher rate, but dont hold your breath. Good luck with everything.

Well once again the DWP shows itself what it really is about. Rather than stating that your change of circumstances could mean you might be better off with a revue and would you like to have a new claim, they contact you and put you under pressure stating that your new circumstances warrant a new assessment, full stop...
This has the effect of frightning you, not reassuring you that they have your best interests at heart and that they genuinally believe that a revue will be good news all round.
All you can do is play by their rules, however they determine them that particular day, and hope that common sense will prevail
