Wondering do I have an sti

i went off with this girl about 2 nights ago and during the intercourse i felt something happen at first i thought it was my banjo but that was fine so didnt think much of it and went home the following morning and it was still sore so i went and just had a look at it and underside of my foreskin was red and sore to touch and looked like it had blister but didnt have any puss or blood or anything coming from it or wasnt swelt like a blister so left it for a day the pain is gone but still red and i dont have any itching, pain when i go toilet or anything along those lines im just lost because of having something that looks like a blister also i wont be the most sexually active person but thats cause im shy so im just wondering could i have just injured it or did i catch something

    It could be just a pimple or an ingrown bump since you dont attach a picture, we dont know what it is
