Wondering if I should do a shorter taper

Wondering if i should do a shortish taper. Almost week into cutting down from 10mg felt awful, anxiety and ocd symptoms off the scale, cant eat feel nauseous all the time just want to stay in bed. keep crying Cant face months of this wondering if just need get these meds out my system. Cold turkey from zopiclone wasnt bad as this. Anyone done a shortish taper know will be hard but cant take weeks of this.

    I'm looking to taper too at 10mg havent had any side effects really just feel like I'm going thru the motions but when I tapered before I did half a pill then did it every other day but I just took it slow
